Avui ha tocat dia de relax. Matí i tarda, a la platja, volta i volta, com un parell de bistecs (a algú només li falta salsa xurrasco). I això que al Dani no li agrada la carn massa feta. Doncs la meva pell està a punt de convertir-se en un entrecôte com una sola de sabata, de tan feta. Aquí el sol és de justícia i pica amb molta injustícia.
A part de platja, hem jalat com uns campions (jo m’estic posant fina de peix, aprofitant que estem vivint al mar). Després ja tastaré les vaques amb xepa que tenen aquí (zebús); mentre, el Dani, està jalant els pollastres de l’illa, uns pollastres pelats, prims i amb cames com escuradents, tan raquítics, que per omplir el buche te n’has de jalar com a mínim mig. Però, alguna cosa havien de tenir de bo: diu que són tan tendres.
I a una de les sortides per la platja, per fi, i sense que serveixi de precedent, nens i grans ens saludaven sense demanar res a canvi ni oferir massatges, ni fer trenes, ni collars, ni pareos, ni na de na. Simplement pel pur plaer de veure’s a la pantalla d’una càmera digital, i com no, per a nosaltres el plaer de veure la cara de felicitat dels nens. La veritat es que lo bo seria fer una foto i després un altra mentre es veuen la cara a la pantalla. Portem molta tecnologia al damunt, però per sort no tanta!
Ara esperem el sopar a la terrassa de l’hotel, bé, més que terrassa, al menjador-bar-recepció-sala d’oci, i mirem les notícies europees a la tele a la vegada que escoltem música massa occidental i no deixa de ser un contrast xocant. Fa moltíssima mandra tornar al lloc on es cou tot això. El ritme de baobab (aquests arbres no tenen una mida seriosa fins que tenen 200 anys!) que es porta aquí és molt més agradable. La veritat es que portem el Mambo Number Five i la Macarena d’un tiron, així que podeu entendre que a mi m’ha saltat mig kilo de caspa de una sola tacada.
I demà de tornada a Toliara, paradeta obligada a pujar tot això a internet i després cap a Isalo, al National Park on si tot va bé farem una nit d’acampada al Cagnon des Singes (Congost dels Simis), on diuen que es fàcil veure Lèmurs de cua anellada i on les postes de sol es veu que són impressionants. Seria el primer contacte amb aquestes bestioles, y yo me conozco, així que potser serà el primer dia que la Cris s’agobiarà del pesaito de las fotos (afasjdhgskjgnas).
Apala, a la güerta ja us explicarem.
Per ara, tornem al bungalow. Ah, ja tenim una mascota. És una sargantana i es diu Samanta.
